Hoover HCA390K Type CM39 no cold air in fridge

Hi, fridge is warm and has no cold airflow(even when door switch is closed), freezer very quickly heavily frosted over after recent defrost (hairdryer assisted) and compressor constantly running (now quite hot). I’m guessing the probe in fridge is constantly calling for cool air but getting none and so working the compressor overtime to try and get some cool air – figure it must be to do with the transfer of cool air from freezer to fridge. Cant see any fan/damper or inlet vents anywhere (rear wall drain vent is clear) – does anyone know where they are or how i can get access to these parts for inspection?
