Hoover HD83M D/W door

Not been out to this yet, customer says door drops down.

Had a quick look at the parts diagram.

I can see a spring and what looks like a strap and small clip arrangement.

Which of these parts is likely to have given way?

Definitely a spring which attaches to a strap which in-turn connects to the hinge.

Ive had many a spring break but never a strap.

Go for the spring, don’t have part number though.
