hoover HDB244 door not opening

hoover W/D door not opening door lock light flashing any information on how to get door opened.

and what the problem could be thanks fasetester.

Lift the lid, access from the top as is often the case. As to what is wrong then I thought the answer obvious. Don’t you think?

I don’t think it is a mechanically operated, just electrical solenoid job IIRC.

I just checked and it’s the old push button/ Bowden cable job fitted on these old Candys. But I expect you’ve found that out by now and sorted it. 😉

thanks martin for your help went to machine nothing wrong with machine door opened first time even after test don’t know what was wrong with the person fasetester.
