Not come across a heat pump dryer yet, customer has the above model and says no water is being collected and the clothes are still coming out damp.

Did a bit of googling and im thinking blocked condenser or maybe pump, any thoughts before I go out to it?

Thanks Dave. Pressume they havent changed the chassis on these so getting to the compressor/evaporator means taking the front panel off?

real pain in the nether regions

You might be surprised as they have changed the heat pump assembly as side panels come off on some models now
