Hoover HED 6612-80 Dishwasher.

Good day, I have a hoover hed 6612-80. All programms fail to dry,all
components are cold and wettish, could this be a relatively easy fix
or as I dread a flow through heater or control module or both. If so it
will be a costly affair, really seeking a trouble shooting procedure.
Finally all programmes finish with first three led’s lit but dry programm not shining.

Don’t know if I am following protocol but for any one with the same problem. I purchased a new heating element and changed out the failed one
( resistance on old one short circuited ) after fixing new one . Hey presto all fixed, really easy job.
