    Had a call to the above machine, set the wash, the pre-rinse light continually flashes while the pump runs for a minute (ish) then the machine fills, after the machine has filled to level it then stops and the pre-rinse light keeps flashing.

    There isn’t an earth fault, the wash pump isn’t seized and the element checks out OK.

    Any ideas on this would be appreciated,
