    Just had customer on phone re Hoover frost free fridge/freezer, the fridge is freezing up and the two lights on front panel are not on, freezer seems OK.

    She says it is not switching on and of as it should do.

    Any advice welcome before I visit.

    This could be one that when the PCB fails it runs all the time if no lights on module.

    I agree with Simon46
    A lot of the time the foamed in sensor causes the same problem (fridge freezing) but no lights on control panel or not being able to turn off fridge from control always seems to be module fault.
