Hoover hfi 3015-80 dishwasher not drying

Hi I’m going to the above appliance and the prob is its not drying . It’s washing and heating the water no problem I have asked the customer if she is using rinse aid and she is. Has anyone come across this before ? Could it be a blocked steam vent if so where is it on this appliance.

Hi I called to this m/c and it turns out its not heating the water either I had a look at the pcb and resoldered the relay for sending power to element but no good . Can this m/c be put into diagnostic mode ? If so could someone pass on the info please.
