Hi I was called out to this integrated dishwasher, customer said it was beeping in the middle of the night, anyway turns out the wash pump was gone, replaced pump and left happily, next day customer says it’s not cleaning the dishes, asked her if the tablet was dissolving yes it is asked her to open machine up during wash to see if there was any heat, she has never found heat so I returned to look at the heater ntc, heater tested fine changed ntc, asked customer to test again, still no heat, machine completes every wash with no codes, does anyone know how to get into the diagnostic on these? I’m thinking it’s the board but just wanted to be sure thanks Alan

Hi thanks for your reply, I assumed that part was some sort of leak detection due to the microswitch inside, can’t say iv seen one before?
