Hoover HNC 160-80

Hi all

Got one of these horrible dryers to do, machine works fine, apart from no heat..

Does the small PCB have anything to do with the heater?or is this controlled via the timer.

But he way it’s the vented type

No the small board is the start relay board, go for the element probably one of the stats but these are not available as as spare on their own so would be element only

Sorry I don’t know this or have any info on the 160, on the 170 it shows the heater being fed via the exhaust stat they look very similar models and can let you have more info on that one

Turns out it is the thermostat on the exhaust, but looks like these are not available..
It’s marked as 85 dg C..anyone know where to get them..

Both Connect and Qualtex list them as HVR09201212 about £10-00 +
