    hi all went to a call today hoover condenser dryer. originally call was for filter light on when i got there pressed strart and nothing but a buzzing noise.machine only 13 months old from currys who told customer to get engineers report.any suggestions regards tedd.

    door not closed or microswitch not engaging??
