    My Hoover HNC380 dryer has stopped working. Mains supply is available but red empty water light is flashing although both the filter and water container are clear. Is there a software reset or has some sort of float got stuck, if so what is the fix please?

    Thanks Martin I’ll check that out would that account for the red light telling me the water needs emptying although its empty?
