Hi i’ve only had a quick look at this [customer was going out], but it doesn’t seem to do a lot apart from you switch on & the universal 65c wash light comes on & thats it , zilch,no fill,no noises, nowt just dead, you carn’t even alter the programmes by pressing the prog select buttons. Customer thinks [ 馃槙 ]Hoover fitted a pcb a while back under warranty, it’s the first of these m/cs i’ve come across so what do I look for, any info I could arm myself with on the return call would be appreciated, I have checked the door switch & thats ok. Prod # 32000083 0430 2058.

    Try a reset:

路 Open the door of the dishwasher.
路 Push and hold the button of the current washing cycle, for 3 seconds.
路 All program’s LEDs will flash simultaneously (RAPID 32′ excluded).
路 Close the door of the dishwasher and wait for the end of the phase of drain.
路 Re-open the door of the dishwasher.
路 Now, the LED of the “favorite” washing cycle is flashing. You can confirm it,
choose a different one or switch OFF the machine.

I’ve emailed some tech info as well that should be helpful 馃檪

    Dave.
