Hoover HND 615 80 Dishwasher alternating fill & pump

call reported as ‘sticks on cycle’.

When testing found the machine fills for a minute then goes into a cycle of fill for 1 second, wash pump kicks in then fill for another second and so on….

I found the noise mains suppressor short had an earth fault so bypassed for testing. Element checked OK, pressure switches and hoses appear to be OK, pressurised pressure switches to make sure not losing pressure and dropping out.
I have checked the control PCB for dry solder joints but looks OK.

I have found a few threads where other engineers have had the same fault but no mention of how it was resolved.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Having the same problem with a 625. Put a module on, now won’t do anything. Put old module back on, the machine reverts to fault.

Some one must have a idea?????!!!!???
