anyone know if this is a fault code or direct me towards possible problem-no water in base and heater ok

Per the following, which light is it that’s flashing…
All error codes are displayed to the User through the flashing of the 2 first program’s LEDs to the left, at a 4Hz mode (4 flashes per second).
Different models have different functions assigned to each position, that’s why the light position is relative and indeed necessary to help.
