hoover HNF3147-80 3100636 wont spin but washes ok

Hi gents washes fine and heats up but will not go into spin on any programme
if you put on spin only it pump comes on and as motor rotates the relay on board clicks out pump goes off and display goes to stop and door will unlock i suspect programme selector more than pcb anyone had this fault ( not pressure system blocked) cheers alro

check heater isnt down to earth, failing that probably pressure switch i would say.

It’s a dc machine check the rectifier these are prone to more than1 fault

Hoover used to have 3 problems with dc machine rectifier motor or main pcb if you want to check selector but it through a test cycle if you have problems getting it going into test more than likely selector

tried a selector machine still same fault looked at rectifier no sign of damage as machine washes ok but will not spin dont suspect rectifier now i suspect core board any help will do cheers alro
