hoover hnf6167 and spin intermitent

hi,looked at this yesterday and the wash is finishing empty of water but not spinning clothes,went to set a spin only an wash came up which custermer said happened to them too,once i got it on spin it went like a dream,motor etc all ok,no visible damage to boards,has 2!,im guessing slave timer,any advice would be apprieciated

Hoover selector switches are cheap and easy to replace and somewhat unreliable. I’d go for it; even if it doesn’t work this time you’ll soon find another job where this part is required.
