hoover HNL 616-80 core board

I fitted a board (09200633) and pump to this machine a few months back.

Pump had burnt out due to a leak from the dispenser to drum inlet hose, where it slots into the drum front.

There is no visible component damage this time, only a very small area of track blown on the back of the board.

I have circled the area below. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may have caused this to happen. I was a bit pushed for time as I was due at the dentist to have a filling replaced so couldn’t go through it extensively.

Thanks Bob, I think I might have seen a copy of that in the past but not sure where it is now. 😳

Sadly I have had to call time on this job, I am going away for two weeks on Friday and the customer understandably doesn’t want to wait for me to return.

It has been a bit of a troublesome machine so I have refunded the cost of the spares from my last visit and called it a draw. 😥

Will make sure I hang onto that info for future reference.
