Hoover HNL 8146 not finishing wash and making odd noise

Hi,

Our washing machine seems to have died or at least have issues. It begins the usual cycle until it meets to 15 minutes to go, then some time after that before it meets the “STOP” – it does the following in the video:

There is an odd noise like a dull groan, I am hoping the experts on here could help in diagnosing.

Advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Further information, usually it would be rinsing and draining the water after the 15 minute mark but it doesn’t seem to be able to drain.

We just chucked water down the outlay hose and then just cleaned it out as much as we can. Seems it was just totally clogged up with gunk from that. May only last a bit longer but is better than paying out a lot of money 😀
