Hoover HNL6166-80 Bearings

Does anyone know what bearings are fitted to this machine? I have part numbers such as 07170838 and 92440122 but would like to know the bearing numbers eg 6206, 6207 etc. Alternatively, is there a bearing kit available?

I will order Masterpart kit CY05103 and hope for the best. The bearings from GIAS are so expensive I could not do the repair any cheaper than GIAS would charge for a call-out.

Well, CY05103 was not the right kit but I do have the correct bearings in stock. They are 6205 & 6204 and the seal is the same O/D and I/D as a Zanussi 1000 spin seal but 1.5mm thicker. Going by the witness marks on the spider bush there will be adequate penetration of the thinner seal 😀

Sounds like you might be best to put in 1.5mm of packing behind the seal before pressing it in. Maybe a suitably sized circlip or two?
