    Hi,
I posted a question a while ago about my washing machine not pumping. Well i have got that problem fixed now,but i now have a new problem.
When i put the machine on a final 1600rpm spin, as the machine comes to the end of the spin it has started to leak, not much but enough to cause me concern. That is the only time it leaks.
What would be causing this please.?
    Many thanks

Have you know idea where the water is coming from? Normally you’d have to poke about a bit to see where the source was.

Do remember that it will follow gravity and end up on the deck normally regardless of the source.

Hole in Door Boot? Punctured pump vent hose? Steam vent hose? Sump hose? Hole in plastic outer tub?…..etc…etc..

Thanks for replies, hubby and myself yesterday spent all day looking, checked all pipes, removed front of outer tub and checked seal etc, replaced front seal, it just seems strange that its only leaking on this final spin.

Not a strange fault for us here in the trade so do check as I advised earlier otherwise best to contact a local engineer for them to take a look for you. 💡
