Hoover HNL6166 will not start

Got to go to this one on Monday customer has just moved house and machine was working ok before move.
Now buy there description the only thing that happens is the drain pump runs for a minute or two then nothing whether it on a wash or spin program.
I did get them to check that there is water getting to the machine they took the inlet hose off to make sure.

Any Suggestions what to look at?

Had a candy with edge connectors off the module after a house move a while back. Might be worth a check ?

agrred, theres a lip on the drum which puls the bottom edge connector off the pcb

always happens when they been carried

either that or they havent turned the water on

OR theres a drainage spike blocker/wodge of silicone inside the waste spike.

is it a downpipe or spigot waste attachment???

You were spot on allan73 it was a connecter at the bottom of the PCB
