Not been out to this yet, customer has never used the time delay function but says it is now coming on on its own without being set, the time delay light flickers on during a cycle and the machine stops. 😕

No me neither, but I think it’s another case of “Customer Got It Wrong” syndrome.
What he/she is probably witnessing is that an error code is being displayed. With the Nextra series that involves the machine stopping and the Delay LED and Start LED doing a ‘flash dance’……..count the flashes….then open your toolbox! 8) 😀 😉
