hoover hnwf 7137 11 flashes

Hi Guys
Went to look at a Hoover HNWF 7137 washer dryer. I’m getting a fault code of 11 flashes. Seems to fill,heat,empty & spin ok. Haven’t tried putting it on drying. Anyone know what might be causing this fault. Thanks Mack.

Did you check the error codes thread Mack? In there it suggests the dryer module might be the issue. 😉

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did check the error code thread. As we know sometimes the fault lies elsewhere, just thought it might be a known fault. Have found how to self diagnose which I will try when I go back for another look.

Check that the dryer duct is clear and the valve operates on the dry cycle if that’s ok it probably pcb kai

Hi Guys
Just to let you know the outcome of this job. It was broken t/stat wires on top of the dryer manifold, reconnected now all working ok.
