Hoover HNWL 7136 S – stop light flashing

Customer has a fault with a Hoover Nextra 6 washer-drier, model number HNWL 7136 S.

When you select a programme and temperature, the start pause button does not work and the lights do not illuminate. Only the stop light flashes.

(There are five buttons on the front panel, start/pause, delay start, time saver, stain blaster and sensitive care. Usually you select a programme and temperature and press the start/pause button. The lights on the front panel then illuminate to tell you how long the programme has left.)

Any suggestions and fault codes data much appreciated
