This washer dryer was dead on arrival. Low insulation of 26mohms. My experience on Hoover washer, they are usually quite low but never had problems.
No power to the machine.
Tested every components including all heaters, motor, mains filter and all appears to be normal.
Board looks very clean and no burnt tracks or component.
Changed mains filter to see if it helps but no change.
Program selector knob is working the switch comes on when turning.
Mains socket was showing neutral reversed which may have killed the machine but needed confirmation if it’s the board need replacing.
Owner wants my assurance but I’m unsure.
