Hoover HOD 6615 lights on but no-one home

I have searched on here but not found this problem, when turning on the Dishwasher the light for the 75 degree intensive programme stays on and the light above it for 3h flashes, it doesn’t beep like normal and nothing happens.
I thought I had set the timer delay so left it on overnight but still nothing happens.
I have checked and cleaned all filters, I disconnected the water supply and drain hose, both are clear and I can blow back down the hose and see bubbles inside so that’s clear.
I’m guessing that when switched on it opens the water inlet valve and needs pressure before it continues, there is plenty of pressure going in, could this be the most likely fault? Is there a water inlet filter?

Pressing the other buttons does nothing, as always it’s out of warranty but less than 2 years old.

Has anyone had this before and can you advise on what parts it will need, or is it worth just replacing it?
