count the flashes in a 15 second interval. This will relate to the fault codes for the Nextra range. (in known error codes).

i got three flashes according to code book this is pump timed out, however. the machine is empty i tried changing pressure switch to no avail, is it possible for the spin potentiometer to cause this fault ?

Not known of the spin ‘pot’ to cause this fault. When you say it takes a while to fill on the wash does it fill on the prewash side before the main wash side of the draw?

hi again it fills through the valve nearest to middle of machine , ie the right hand side of the double valve looking towards back after about five minutes of motor action

…five minutes of motor action
So no water goes in the machine at all until five minutes into the cycle?
If the valves are ok and the heater etc, it must be a wiring issue as you have eliminated board and motor.
(have you tested the valves with a meter?)

hi again , yes both valves read ok on ohms range about 33.5
this fault developed after removing the heater to extract a bra wire , although the customer didnt report the fault for about a week afterwards probably just coincidence but baffling !
