Hoover HP13-80 help

Hello hoover experts,

Called to a hoover (HP13-80 310008720544 8354 G0001 Type FCE2)
Machine dead, signs of burning on module, especially around relay.

Replaced PCB ( pre programmed from connections pt No 09200430 ) Lights up, door locks then nothing on any prog. Ran test Prog. Gets to banks of LEDs flashing alternately but nothing else.
Element ok, door lock bypassed, motor armature ( i.e. brush to brush o.k.)

Now brick wall time! Any suggestions please.

Had a few do this when the pump is open circuit. If not that check with hoover that the board you fitted is the correct one.

09200430 fits machines up to 0519.
09200856 fits machines from 0519 onwards.

Your code is 0544 – you have the wrong board.

Sorry for delay in reply, customer on holiday. Thanks for replies, sadly the pump was ok. Must require PCB as advised. This is a special order from Connect, customer not prepared to wait any longer. Purchased new machine from us needless to say not a Hoover! Hoovers loss.
