    Been to look at this today. Customer reports that it skips to rinse & spin when she starts a main wash. Have checked it myself and can’t get it to fail. Have checked for earth leakage on motor & heater, no fault. Anybody come across this before ? Wiz

    If you are absolutely sure that you have checked all the components (ie pump, heater, motor etc) then it is certain to be a faulty 22 position programme selector switch fault (41014503).
