Hoover HSW110M leak?

The above model leaks from the soap drawer, checked dispencer to tub hose ,clean, drawer & innards also spotless! I’ve not seen it leak meself [usual story], customer says it leaks on the rinses but not all the time, as in the time I’m there 😕 Hoover show top & bottom of the dispencer, I guess I should go for the top part, but has anybody else had this, it’s like the old soft/new wave fault of old! I’ve even turned the water pressure down a bit [wasn’t high] & wound the front feet down a smidge just to lift it a bit at the front. Customer is going to try it over the weekend but they still don’t like to leave it to do a wash without been there, it’s not so bad when you find the reason for the fault, but mysterious ones don’t do yer confidence any good!

Could be a pin hole in the pressure tube. Heavier loads cause pin hole to open and thus overfill. light loads or no loads don’t open pin hole thus normal water level.
