This machines got a double glazed door so it might be the customer thinking its not heating on the wash?? If heater and thermistor ok then check the variable temp dial is ok. Other than that it has to be the module. They probably have a poor wash which has made them assume the machine isn’t heating?? On these occasions I always run the machine on the 29 minute cycle as you only have to wait 5 minutes for power to the heater.
