    Have customer on the phone with a Hoover integrated D/W. He needs a control knob but cannot find a rating plate or his manual. I have told him to look round the door egdes and cabinet top lip etc. Anyone know the location of the rating plate on these.?

    Normally around the door as you say but it may be behind the kitchen plinth on the kickplate ?
