Hoover link washing machine

Hope everyone is well Hoover link washing machine door interlock not staying in place should I drill the two pips and attach with self tappers thanks fasetester

The new door interlock comes with a new screw to secure in place

Thanks kaibart for your reply most them don’t would a ordinary self tappers do some don’t even have a screw attachment just the pips would even be more secure if you could attach them with 2 screws

some do have a small hole in one of the studs for a tiny self tap

As dave has shown the door lock in the picture it comes with a screw in the bag

Thanks guys for your reply that lock look different from the interlock on this machine have the changed it fasetester

I suspect you are looking for 49030389. If so, this part comes with the little screw (at least when supplied in the Hoover branded bag, which isn’t the case for all suppliers).
