Hoover Logic 1300

Our second Hoover Logic 1300 washer dryer has at last been replaced by a new Miele. It was still working perfectly but had started to drip a bit because of perished rubber seals and hoses, and I have other things to spend my time repairing. I also have most of our first, identical, machine except for the casing and tub/drum assembly, including all the electrics and a motor which needs new bearings.
My question is, should I just take it to the local tip or could there be anyone out there still needing spares for such a machine?
I don’t know when it was made, but it was built to last, in Merthyr Tydfil.

is showing in production around 1993

well built machines but as with most tech they have had their day and most parts are well obsolete

have not reconned one of these for over 10 years
