    Hi all,

I have the above washer dryer and most of the time the resettable temperature fuses pop and have to be reset as it appears to get too hot.

Removing the back appears to show the condenser box unit wedged with wet fluff…A true belly button from hell….

At least I think it’s the condenser box.. it’s the yellow plastic thing where the water sprays in to cool the air flow and remove the fluff.

I’ve removed the bottom outlet hose and used a wire coat hanger to pull the majority of the fluff out and the system is now working… so far so good.

How do I remove the condenser box to I can give it a total clean out?
I’m unable to get to the screws as the back frame of the chassis is in the way. I can only get to the back via an access panel.

Any pointers would be greatly received 🙂

Easy enough once you remove both concrete counterweights off the top. And loosen the heater box and fan unit. Welcome to the tricky world of appliance repairs. Have plenty elastoplasts and nursing staff ready to tend your wounds throughout the operation! 🙂
