ModeratorHND6515-80 Error codes checked but this machine has no digital display?
Anyhow, checked element which is fine, found the small central switch ( overheat switch ?) is O/C.
Going to order a 41020658.
Question, how does it come out, prised out from underneath or released from inside the tub?????

Back at this machine this afternoon, wiring and PCB both look OK.
Just printing off the test routine.
What are those weird screws in the door etc called? At first I though they were normal torx screws but they are not.
I managed to get them out using a flat bladed terminal driver but it wasn’t easy, never seen them before.

Still struggling with this thing.
It has Nextra on the front and all of the buttons are square, not round.
Model HND6515-80..32000291-0629-3189I tried the test routine (Tech note N.802 LS ) but could not get it into a test routine no matter how much I tried.
looking at the parts list it shows four different control PCB’s, this one sits at the inside centre of the door panel.
I am reluctant to throw a PCB at it on the off chance it works but everything else checks out.
Just in case the customer agrees to it, does anyone know exactly which PCB is needed for this machine, approx price as well if possible.
Thanks.
Jim.

Had oneon a Hoover that would not heat, re soldered the relay connection on pcb , and this seem to cure it! Have not been back – some months ago. the connections looked fine but often try this first as has worked on other dishwashers Too – but not always.
Worth a try then test by putting on to a quick wash as will heat right after fill. Hope this works. BruceMarch 14, 2011 at 9:53 am #346277iadom

Thanks for that.
I would still like to know which of the four possible PCB’s is the correct one for this model, surely someone must have an idea?

No, they seem to be a cross between torx and phillips slots.
You cannot fit any size of torx or phillips driver in them, I had to try several different flat bladed drivers and it was very difficult to remove some of them. 😥
