hoover nextra f/f

Hi all

hoover hca36ftalu f/f has an intermitent fault in that it stays off too long and warms up the fridge side.
Only going on what customer says because when ive been out its always ok!!!
She had a pcb put on a month ago by someone but has made no difference.
Also she says the orange and green lights flash for quite a while sometimes!!!
Ime thinking foamed in sensor in fridge.
