    Help, I’m having trouble with my dryer. The majority of time it will run for only a few seconds then stop, although sometimes it will run for much longer 20mins+, but the heater won’t come on. I’ve replaced the element but the fault remains. There are no abnormal lights showing on the control panel.

    Relay on pcb not holding, probably. You’ll need 40003568 computer board and 04820066 heater assembly (The safety will have tripped through lack of air flow) to get it all working a gain. Probably not an economical repair………

    It’s working again….I fitted a new PCB like Penguin45 advised, part no. 40003568. I had already replaced the heater element as I thought this was the source of the fault, but there was no need to do this.
