Hi All!
I wonder if someone can help me with a fault.
A customer of mine has a HNC380 condenser dryer that has a very odd fault .
Most of the time the machine works as it should but periodically it will run for about 2 to 10 mins then stops and the “start” LED lights up ( as if the machine has finished its cycle ).
I have stripped the machine down to nothing and fully cleaned it all out.. no blockages or anything ( u could eat your dinner from inside this machine its that clean )
I have tested and tested this machine and i must agree with my customer.. this is VERY periodically happening and doesnt happen all the time.
My brains are racked… i dont have any spares for this machine to try so im at my wits end as everything electronic seems to test fine to me.
Its the first time ive came across a fault like this with such a new product and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this model?

does it have a small pcb behind the facia with an orange relay on it if it does i would try a new one on.
