Hoover Nextra HND 315 doesn’t heat water

Machine does pre-rinse, then opens soap and circulates water for about 15 minutes, then stops with cold water in machine and light flashing fast.

I think its the heater has gone, but where is the heater?

Is it at the back in the pipe from the circulating pump to the two spray arms?

If it’s an instantaneous heater then it’ll look like a metal tube between the recirculation motor and the sump normally.
