hoover nextra hnd325-80

this d/w has the 4th light (rapid wash) and fifth light (half load) flashing and the machine is trying to circulate the water it drives the water for a couple of seconds then pauses for a couple more and so on cant change prog and not sure how to reset this mod but ive tried different sequences with no joy…. are these lights an error code if so what?
