Hoover Nextra HNWF 7167 not drying

Hi,
My washer dryer does not dry. It has no error code and runs through the cycle fine but no hot air ever goes through. I replace the NTC which was open but it is still not drying.
I have checked the continuity of all thermostats and element as in this video:

and all are fine. The motor spins as it should.
What else can I check? Any ideas please?

Great, how can i test this? Just tested elements when the programme is running, doesn’t seem to be any voltage going to them?

Virtually impossible to access to test though easy and inexpensive to replace. 💡

It is not unusual for the wiring harness to have a broken wire due to vibration. So it may just be that?
