Hoover Nextra HNWL7146-80- new stat cause Error Code11

I recently bought the whole set of 3 stats from UK Whitegoods, Dave at the online shop advised me to get the correct no-reset(one shot) stat plus the 2 resetable stats. The new one shot stat looks a bit different but when I inserted it and hooked it up the machine will not work and continously gives an Error Code 11 – (fault with dryer), as soon as I replaced the new with the old stat it does not do this BUT one of the other new stat needs resetting sometimes.

I would appeciate any help!

do u have a serial number, because there was a modification for that

the 3rd ‘stat’ is actually a thermistor.. and if you plug a stat into it, it will show an error code

serial number will help determine the correct parts you need!

hoover arent admitting a modification on that, but the right part number is

41013142

id be chcking for fan function and blockages in the condenser whilst your doing your repair

I will check the whole thing over, is there a back entrance into the drum as well or just the front?
