Hoover Nextra not draining

Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do about my Hoover Nextra washing machine not draining? It just suddenly stopped doing this and I’ve tried the drain cycle but nothing happens at all….not sure if it’s something I can repair/rectify myself or if it is one for the repairman. It’s only 2 years old!

pull machine out, lower drain hose and check water comes out get a big bowl or bucket to catch the water.

if the machine is full of water and will not drain this sugests you have a blockage check the filter behind the kickplate. tip machine back or get mate to hold, Remove screw from filter and twist with bowl underneath this would be the firsts port of call.

Power off first.
