    Not been out to it yet, just spoken to customer on phone.

    Apparently it will start for a couple of seconds and then stop with prewash light flashing.

    Any pointers?

    Hi Jim,

    do you have a model or product code and the number of flashes from the prewash LED.

    its the number of flashes in a fifteen second period, fault codes are in the book.

    Need to go and have a look at it, do have the fault codes, the code guide doesn’t mention the prewash light flashing though. 😕

    Error codes

    Will suck it and see in the morning. 🙂

    Five flashes, NTC or heater, alledgedly. 😉

    Heater and NTC both fine, turned out to be drain pump goosed due to water leak from failed inlet hose sealing.
