Hoover Nextra Washing machine NDA

Going to this call tomorrow.
Model number (what she can see )is HNF 😥 .
Customers young son was pressing the Fast Iron button during the programme, the machine stopped. When restarted there is no motor action at all. Could he have put the machine into a test procedure or damaged the board 😕 .
Sounds odd to me.

Ah….a coincidence ( 😕 )

Nowt to do with the fast iron.
Twas the motor relay on the board.
Middle leg blown off 😯 OUCH!!!!!
