hoover no drum turn

hi guys,

hvr ABA11
37613908

lady complains the drum not turning on wash cycle,
carbons warn fairly badly and replaced.
put machine on any wash program and fills ,heats water etc, pumps out great, spins perfectly.But the drum only turns about 3 times during the whole wash cycle.
any ideas?

check the soldering on the side of the timer, it sounds like a timer fault,
i didnt know anyone here bothered trying to fix hoover machines.
oh do i need to say plug out.

i would say timer/module fault on that machine. 😥
Good way to find out though! ring EMW they will send you a recon’d replacement unit, if wrong it will only cost you £5.00 or so as this is the cost of returning it to them, even with dirty finger marks on it! 😆
