Hoover OPH 714 DS Spin fault and error E07

Hi, can anyone explain what could be the fault with my 16 month washing machine. It has recently developed a fault where is starts the spin cycle but starts but dosn’t manage to get to full spin. It stops and starts the spin again but dosn’t manage full speed. Can some one explain where tyhe fault could be? Also the E07 error has been around for ages but I understand that this is door lock related.

Any help on the the faults is greatly appreciated

Sounds like it’s trying to sort the load out due to out of balance. Or there’s a motor issue of some sort but, ordinarily, you’d expect a fault code if it wasn’t doing as it should.

Yes, E07 is a door lock or wiring related error code. It can’t narrow the fault down much beyond that.
