hoover oph612-80 ocasional intermantant faults

bit of a long shot but i have a customer that has the above machine and is reporting that the machine previously and very occasionally:

over filled
taken 29 minute(ish) to complete the 59 minute cycle
overheated on wash

has anyone had any experience with these faults.

all other components check out OK and the machine seems to run ok most of the time but just wanted to cover all bases.

Module needs replacing. Selector isn’t catching the correct programme.
Could try switch cleaner first.
